Telephone - We're available by phone at: (916) 346-6707 9AM-6PM Pacific Time Monday-Friday, and we can accept texts there as well at any time. This is generally used for urgent matters or service outages, but if you're new to the hosting game and need some one live to talk to, feel free to call us up. Of course our Live Chat is also frequently active, for those of you who prefer contacting us that way.
E-Mail - The primary avenue to contact us. We check our e-mails many times a day, and can pretty much guarantee a 12 hour or less response to any ticket 7 days a week, and usually a lot less than that; 1-2 hours most of the time.
